What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What should we bring with us?
A list of included amenities can be found on our Condos page. We would recommend bringing beach towels.
Where do we check in?
Guests of Sundance Ridge do not need to check in. Details of where you can get your key cards will be in your confirmation email.
How do we get into the Pool Building?
Guests can find 2 pool key cards in each condo, usually located near the phone in the kitchen.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 6 months or more prior to arrival: 95% refund of payment(s)
Cancel 3 to 6 months prior to arrival: 75% refund of payment(s)
Cancel 1 to 3 months prior to arrival: 50% refund of payment(s)
Cancel 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 25% refund of payment(s)
Cancel within 2 weeks of arrival: No refund
Pontoon Rental Policy
If the weather does not cooperate during your Pontoon Rental, we want to cooperate with you! Therefore, under the following conditions, 95% of any pontoon payments shall be refunded:
– Daily high temp is more than 10° F below normal
– Precipitation occurs for more than 30% of daylight rental period

Is there a vending machine or ATM on the premise?
No.
Do we need to check out?
No, but you do need to empty all the garbages and put your garbage in the dumpster.
Pets
We allow house-trained dogs in most of our condos. Pets are NOT allowed in units #830, #835 and #839. Pets fees
1-10 Lbs: $25/Night | 10-30 Lbs: $29/Night | 30 and Up: $39/Night
If an unauthorized dog or pet is found in your condo, you will be charged $400.
